This spacious two-bedroom apartment in Glasgow Merchant City will comfortably accommodate 4 guests in a master king size bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is an ensuite shower room off the master bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over bath off the hall.

Open plan lounge/dining room with kitchen set to the rear. On the Fourth floor with lift access, (some stairs at entrance). Free WiFi.

Allocated underground parking* is located in the residents’ car park 300 metres away.

The living room has Freeview TV and DVD/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A washer/dryer is located in the separate utility room. All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.
